The APDRA runs regional branches to be close to members and listen to local authorities.

It is represented in New Aquitaine, in Normandy, in the Center-Val-de-Loire, in the Grand-Est, in the Pays-de-la-Loire and the Hauts-de-France. It is also active in Ile de France, where its headquarter is located.
