APDRA is recognized as a french training organization.

Training is an essential tool in the approach implemented by APDRA. In the field, the facilitators train future fish farmers in development and breeding techniques adapted to their situation. They also regularly train experienced fish farmers on certain more specific topics such as the use of the topographic telescope, feeding, fertilization, etc. Other types of training are also regularly organized by APDRA, in the South as well as in the North, depending on requests from its partners: training in University, professionnal training, secondary school training, etc.
